What are they?

Petit Gâteau are Individual patisserie cakes, little portions done up like works of art. There are many and varied options available, and I'm always working on a new idea, but below are just a few of the things I make:

  • Black forest: Chocolate mousse, Chantilly cream, Cherry Jelly, Chocolate sponge
  • The pine cone: Hazelnut Praline Mousse, Blood orange jelly, Caramel and hazelnut sponge
  • Tres Leches: Tres Leches cake, Burned salted caramel, Sour Rasberry lime jelly.
  • Dessert Macaron: Giant macaron shell, White Chocolate cream, Rasberry Curd, Fresh raspberries.
  • Opera Gâteau: Chocolate orange ganache, coffee buttercream and coffee soaked hazelnut sponge.
  • Raspberry Pistacho Opera: Raspberry curd, white chocolate ganache, lime soaked pistachio sponge
  • PeaNUTTER: Peanut butter caramel mousse, roasted peanut caramel, dark chocolate ganache glaze and chocolate crunch
  • Guava Cube: White chocolate and coconut mousse, strawberry guava jelly, lime jelly, coconut sponge.

Prices will vary with the complexity of the dessert but will range from around $7.50-10 per piece.
